We are an independently owned and operated firm founded in 1993. Based in Fairfax, Virginia, we serve Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier and Stafford Counties. As a consulting firm we specialize in home inspections and environmental testing. Since the first inspection (for which Greg was paid $200.00 which was very exciting until he realized that he'd left his $100.00 flashlight behind) our inspectors have inspected well over 10,000 other homes for people.
This is a responsibility that we take very seriously. We have done inspections for Congressmen, Senators, Cabinet Secretaries, Generals, television celebrities, sports celebrities...that's part of living in this area....but they all share the same basic goals and desires. They want to buy a property where they, and their families, can live and grow and prosper. You cannot afford to make a catastrophic financial decision never mind a decision that might injure someone you love. Our job is to do the very best that we can to help you understand the decisions you are making.
Our environmental services offerings fit right into this philosophy. There are many, many aspects of all of our lives that are completely beyond our control. Terrorism, smog, the chemicals used on strawberries by the growers in Chile....we really need to make an effort to control the hazards that we can in order to protect our families. These include:

We are able to test for all of these and more as you'll find explained in great detail in other areas of this site. We are a testing company...we do not remediate, mitigate or abate anything that we find.
In our role as consultants we provide you with information enabling you to then participate in a more informed decision-making process.
